Regarding the introduction of self-service deployments (see KB0014732) we are discontinuing tickets for self-code deployments with immediate effect. In principle, deployments for ICM 7.10 can now be carried out without tickets, but the deployment rules (see Guide - Deployment Guidelines for AKS-Based Systems) must be observed. Above all, the lead times must be taken into account, see here Eligible Deployment Times.
