Managing Contract Settings

Intershop Commerce Management supports contract notifications to remind account managers of contracts that will expire soon. For the corresponding concepts, see Contracting.

Note:

This feature is supported with the B2X edition of Intershop Commerce Management.

To define preferences for contracts in this channel:

Select the management context from the context selection box, then select Preferences.
This displays the Preferences overview page.
Select Contract Settings.
The details page is displayed.

Edit the settings as required.

The table below lists the available options.

Table 1. Channel contract settings
Preference	Description
Notification (checkbox)	Select or deselect this checkbox to enable or disable contract notifications.
Days	Defines the number of days the notification is sent before the contract expires.
E-Mail From Address	Specifies the sender's address.

Click Apply to save your settings.
Otherwise, click Reset to discard your changes.
