The Intershop Commerce Insight (ICI) is a powerful analytics and reporting tool.
It provides you with information concerning the performance of your E-commerce business as well as with data that are important for your IT operation. Intershop Commerce Insight helps to run your E-commerce system successfully.

By processing Web Adapter and Application Server log files, by extracting data from the database and by using web tracking information, the ICI is able to generate technical reports and business reports.

Technical reports focus on measuring the system's health and can be useful for tracking down errors and performance bottlenecks.
Use end-to-end monitoring to constantly ensure the correctness of your customer´s experience of your E-commerce application.
