After March 31, 2004 Intershop will no longer sell the Intershop B2C Solution 4.0 to new customers or allow its partners to order or resell this version in the Intershop product portfolio. This article presents a list of frequently asked questions concerning the End of Life phase Intershop B2C Solution 4.0 entered March 31, 2004.
## What is happening to Intershop B2C Solution 4.0?
Intershop is discontinuing Intershop B2C Solution 4.0 and related cartridges, primarily because of its strong newer versions addressing the same and more customer needs. This is called an End of Life for the Intershop B2C Solution 4.0 product, effective March 31, 2004.
## When will this take effect?
As of close of business March 31, 2004, Intershop will no longer sell B2C Solution 4.0. Also, Intershop will no longer provide Patches for B2C Solution 4.0. Intershop will continue support of Intershop B2C Solution 4.0 until March 31, 2006.
## How do I upgrade? What will it cost?
In order to transition to the appropriate successor, Intershop Services offers a migration package. For detailed information please contact your sales representative.
## What is an appropriate successor product?
The recommended successor product for B2C Solution 4.0 is Enfinity Suite 6 and its appropriate channel modules.
