Effective Date: July 22, 2025 (DEV) and July 29, 2025 (PRD)
Category: Infrastructure Change
Impact Level: High (Action Required)
We are updating the outbound public IP addresses for Intershop Commerce Platform effecting PRD and DEV environments.
Why?
As part of an ongoing infrastructure upgrade, we are implementing technical improvements that unfortunately cannot be applied to the current outbound IP addresses. These enhancements will improve
stability, performance, and maintainability of the environment. For these changes to take effect, new public IPs must be used.
| Environment | Current IP Address | Date of Change | New IP Address |
|---|---|---|---|
| PRD | 20.101.213.15 | 29.07.25 | 20.61.187.131 |
| NonPRD (UAT/INT) | 20.4.129.211 | 22.07.25 | 20.8.119.69 |
This IP change impacts customer systems that rely on outbound connections. Please ensure the new IPs are allowlisted on your backend systems and firewalls by July 22, 2025 (DEV) and July 29, 2025 (PRD) to avoid any service interruptions.
Please consider that not all customers are affected. Please check your current services and configuration and search for the current IP address listed in the table above.
There will be different applications effected like ICM (outbound jobs/backend calls impacting), PWA (less likely to be directly impacted) and IOM (high priority topic because of ERP integrations are affected).
If you have questions or require assistance with the allowlisting process, please contact our support team via the Service Now portal or through your dedicated service contact.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
