Flowise has announced the sunset of its corporate operations, product maintenance, and support. This article explains what the announcement means for Intershop Copilot customers.
Intershop currently expects no service interruption or reduction of supported Intershop Copilot capabilities as a result of the Flowise sunset. The Intershop Copilot roadmap and Intershop support model remain in place.
Intershop already hosts and operates the relevant components. We will maintain the required Flowise code and have the necessary rights to continue using and maintaining the Enterprise features relevant to the Intershop solution. Maintenance, security updates, dependency management, compatibility testing, and controlled deployment remain managed by Intershop.
Affected audience: Customers and partners using Intershop Copilot.
Expected impact: No interruption or customer-facing functional change is currently expected. Intershop will manage the technical lifecycle of the affected components as part of its established operating model.
Customer action required: None.
Consequence if no action is taken: None. Customers should continue using Intershop Copilot and the established Intershop support channels as usual.
No customer maintenance window or service interruption is currently planned in connection with this announcement. Intershop will communicate separately if a future product-specific change requires customer action.
