Confirming/Unconfirming Newsletter Subscriptions
As soon as a subscriber has confirmed the newsletter registration or unsubscribed from the newsletter, the entry has to be adapted accordingly in the database. To confirm or unconfirm a newsletter subscription:

Select the channel from the context selection box, then select Marketing | Newsletter.
This displays the Subscriptions tab with a table containing all registered e-mail addresses and their statuses.

Click on the status icon in the Confirmed column in the row of the e-mail address(es) you intend to confirm or unconfirm to change the status.
Alternatively, use the checkboxes to select multiple e-mail addresses and click the Confirm button.
