Geschenkkarte/Geschenkgutschein deaktivieren
Um eine(n) Geschenkkarte/Geschenkgutschein zu deaktivieren:

Wählen Sie den Channel aus der Kontextauswahlbox, wählen Sie dann Marketing | Geschenkkarten & Geschenkgutscheine.
Das Modul Geschenkkarten & Geschenkgutscheine mit einer Liste von allen Gutscheinen des Channels wird angezeigt.

Klicken Sie auf die/den Geschenkkarte/Geschenkgutschein, die/den Sie deaktivieren wollen.
Die Detailansicht der/s Geschenkkarte/Geschenkgutschein wird angezeigt.

Löschen Sie die Markierung im Kontrollkästchen Aktiviert und klicken Sie auf Übernehmen.
Die Geschenkkarte bzw. der Geschenkgutschein kann nun nicht mehr vom Kunden eingelöst werden.
