By default, an Intershop Commerce Management application sends a cookie to the client browser in every session. These cookies can be used to identify users when they return to the application. While individual features can provide own cookie functionality, some global settings extend the general functionality:
- Cookie sharing across multiple sub-domains via cookie-specific domain settings
- Cookie content customization
