Getting Started
The ICIs Dashboard shows ICI reports directly after logging in. So the most important reports can be seen at a glance. The following steps describe how to choose the reports that should be displayed on the dashboard.
- Choose a report you want to see on the dashboard.
- Click the Add to Dashboard icon .
- Chose an existing Dashboard or chose New DashBoard, enter a short description and click Create.
- Click on Dashboards in the left navigation to see the dashboard.
- Repeat the steps for every report you want to see on the dashboard.
Dashboards can be configured in order to fit your needs.
- Click on Dashboards in the left navigation.
- Click on Dashboard Configuration in the top navigation. The dashboard's configuration is expanded.
- Now it is possible to change the name, size of the report, site context, auto refresh time, and whether the dashboard is the default dashboard.
- After changing any settings click the Set button.
- If there are more than one report you can change the arrangements of the reports using the arrow icons.
Import / Export of a Dashboard
As dashboards are unique for every user, there is the possibility to export and import them for sharing purposes.
- Click on Dashboards in the left navigation.
- Click on Dashboard Configuration in the top navigation. The dashboard's configuration is expanded.
- Click on the Export button.
- A file is saved to the computer.
The following steps describe how to import a dashboard
- Click on Dashboards in the left navigation.
- Click on Dashboard Configuration in the top navigation. The dashboard's configuration is expanded.
- Click on the Browse button to choose the file exported before.
- Choose Import into this board or Import into a newly created board.
- Click on the Import button.
Attached you find an example dashboard file which can be used for import. It contains three basic reports: Statistics per site, Top-level pipeline calls trend, and End user response time. Feel free to import and modify as you wish.
