Removed Internal and Operations Mails

The according values in cluster.properties have to be removed. These are:

is.oms.mail.internal.from
is.oms.mail.internal.to
is.oms.mail.internal.cc
is.oms.mail.internal.bcc

IOM 4.1 is Based on Wildfly 26.1.0.Final

Projects have to update their dependencies:

Some expandable enumerations have new attributes or are improved, and the corresponding expanded classes in projects should be modified accordingly:

Persisted the enum name, as used in APIs:
