Introduction
Copilot for Merchants is the central user interface and control layer for Intershop's sell-side AI capabilities. It gives commerce teams a conversational workspace where they can access ready-to-use agents, trigger commerce operations in natural language, and coordinate work across multiple agentic capabilities from one place.
Rather than being a standalone domain agent itself, Copilot for Merchants acts as the entry point into the broader Intershop Agentic Commerce portfolio. It helps users move from experimentation to day-to-day operational use by combining conversational interaction, platform access, notifications, and agent orchestration in one merchant-facing experience.
